  • No breed restrictions except those required by local jurisdiction
  • Local breed restriction list (if applicable) available at the front desk
  • Weight limit: 75 lbs for one pet; 50 lbs each for two pets
  • One-time non-refundable pet fee: $300
  • Monthly pet rent: $50 for one pet; $75 for two pets
